1. NICK: River course update and schedule. 

2. JIM McINTOSH: Heave updates

  Topics:

1. LISA: Ribbon cutting ceremony & Membership Drive
a. November 13th 11am-4pm (tentative to River completion) 
b. Press release will be made as soon as it's confirmed.
c. Need volunteers for membership drive sign ups and disc golf clinics.
d. Membership cards need to be ordered by the end of the week. They will look like a credit card- green with Gold writing with the member logo-club name-sponsors-tournament information. There will be a signature panel on the back of the card for member name and number. These cards will be distributed when a member renews or joins. The cost is approx .70 per card (I am willing to incur approx $50, if needed) 

2. LISA: Membership BBQ and Election 
a. Membership BBQ - tentative date november 14th, 11am-4pm
b. Membership BBQ - what should we provide as the club? Fundraising/Sponsorship?
c. Election: Ballots need to be sent out with announcement for BBQ to old and new club members
(Discussion on how to do ballots and who is on them - how can club members become involved with the process.)
