Meeting Minutes for April 13 2004

Mike Belchik facilitated the meeting:

Announcements:

1. Eric F. announced confirmation of Cooper's Gulc Ribbon cutting ceremony and completion of the press release.

2. Cole announced Lance Armstrong disc golf a thon to be June 26th. 
Pre-registration and purchase of players package needs to be done (May 17th). 
Date needs to be moved to July, discussion at next meeting.

3. Cole announced the Recycle-a-frisbee program: 
Drop off frisbess at Humboldt Glassblowers or bring to Cooper's Gulcu even on May 8th

4. Mike Belchik announce Buddha Tree tournament scheduled for May 1-2. 
Most tasks being handled by McIntosh, Cosseboom, Arevalo, Ken Harper, Rick Q. and others.

5. Mike Belchik asked if a copy of the course maintenance proposal given to City of Arcata for the Redwood curtain could be brought to the next meeting. Discuss adopt a hole program at next meeting.

Agenda Topics:

1. Club structure: small discussion that club needs more structure and addionalt duties/volunteers. 
Request a copy of "old" or nay bylaws brought to next meeting.

Other Topics: Brian Murphy announced he would like to do a league night. He would like input or help.
