College of the Redwoods Program
Par Infinity and College of the Redwoods are currently developing an extra-curricular program for students of CR offering disc golf training leading up to the tournament season. Any club member interested in joining this program as a student or helping as an instructor please contact us. The Club will be holding a special meeting at 7pm on Wednesday, January 13th, following the regular Club meeting on Tuesday, to discuss program planning. Any club member interested is welcome to attend. The meeting will be held at the Plaza Grill in Arcata.

Club Elections
Par Infinity would like to thank all of our members that attended the Annual Member Appreciation Day on 11/14. We hope everyone enjoyed the golf and the food. Club election votes have been tallied and Par Infinity welcomes a new member to the Board of Directors, Ms. Jaimie Peck. Your Board for 2010 includes Drew Redden for President, Jaimie Peck for Vice President, Ken “Skwid Larvae” Harper for Secretary, and Andy Ardell for Treasurer. This year promises to provide excitement through our ongoing efforts with great tournies, additional youth events, and lots of new players coming to enjoy the beauty of Humboldt golf. Especially be on the lookout for the Club Championship Invitational for all the baggers out there. Thanks again to our great membership, and see you all on the course. –Drew ∞268

Work Party
The turn out for the work party at Park 4 ("The River") on Saturday, October 3, 2009, was excellent! We were able to accomplish more at this work party than at any previous work party. Par Infinity extends its sincerest appreciation to all of those who dedicated their time and energy to making the park look fabulous! It is because of you that we have a disc golf course at the River. As a long standing member and supporter of disc golf, especially disc golf at the River, it is reenergizing to see how passionate others are about disc golf in our community. Again, thank you so much.
